I have hired (and ...Lazy Drafter I share your pain! I have hired (and fired) so many "adequate" people that I am beginning to think the perfect employee is a myth. I also don't need someone who is perfect on the computer or in CAD - but someone who thinks for 5 minutes before doing something - someone who looks at what they are about to print out to make sure it really is "final" and "complete" before they bring it to me with the job name misspelled (DUH!) would be a great start.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
