Adding Custom Sheet Sizes (Forms) in Windows 7

If the standard sheet sizes associated with the printers you have installed aren't exactly what you want, you can actually create your own. In the past this could be done by going to Printers and Faxes and selecting Sever Properties from the File menu. From there you create custom forms that the printers will recognize as sheet sizes.

To do this in Windows 7, go to the

  1. Control Panel and select
  2. Administrative Tools and then
  3. Print Management click
  4. Print Servers  find your PCs name and click on it, then click
  5. Forms
  6. Go to the Action menu and select Manage Forms
From there you cab add custom sheets sizes and even denote them with your firm's name.
